well i think my next purchase will be a Golani. I have always wanted one. and it shoots .223/556 so what the hell.

You might want to be careful with those Golanis. I have sold a couple and everyone had some probem with it. Either the top cover wouldn't fit properly or the bolt would stick.
You know CAI and there dependability. Plus the mags are hard to come by for a decent price.
If you are going to get it might as well get the magazine conversion for it so it can feed AR mags. The conversion is about 100 bucks. It is well worth it though.
